With summer comes an abundance of greens, vegetables, fruits and BBQs. This practice is an at home assist for those long days spent tossing bean bags, sitting on lawns, riding bikes, playing frisbee and eating too much corn on the cob. 

Hold each pose as long as you like, then hold for about 5 breaths more. Enjoy!
